Lady di I can remember it vividly. A mate of mine got arrested a few days after the funeral after we recreated the hearse flower chucking scene using the contents of the local prize flower garden and a beige ford ORION
I was having a wank when I hear of Michael Jackson’s death, quite appropriate really.

I was smashed on pills in Vauxhall at 6am when Di died and popped into a petrol station where everyone was sobbing. Trippy as fuck.

Caron Keating mainly because she was so young and was on Blue Peter when I was at school. But also because she had such a well known mum.
Never having seen Bobby Moore play live it took his death to make me realise how much of a legend he was. I made a 2 hour round trip on the day just to pick up a programme for the first home match after his passing even though I didn't have a ticket.
